These Terms govern your use of the Altriss website and services. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Altriss provides website design, build, and ongoing care services as agreed in a written project scope. All work is delivered under the pricing tier chosen at project start.

2. Payment

Fees are due as invoiced. Late payment (over 30 days) may result in service suspension.

3. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own all custom design and content produced for your website. Altriss retains ownership of reusable code libraries and templates.

4. Withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online contracts. If work has already begun with your consent, we may retain fees proportional to work performed.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim, except where prohibited by law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to consumer contracts within the European Union.
