Altriss

Altriss ("we", "us") is a small studio that designs and builds websites for small businesses. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, business name, website URL — collected when you or your account owner creates your account.
Contact data: anything you send us at info@altriss.com.
Essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies.

2. Legal basis

We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(a) (your consent) or Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in running our service).

3. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@altriss.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

4. Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and delete it within 30 days of account closure unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.

5. Data processors

We use Supabase (EU region) for authentication and data storage, and Cloudflare for hosting. Both are GDPR-compliant subprocessors.
